Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated invites interns to join the Finance team at World HQ in Monroe, MI, for a practical, hands-on experience in finance while building business acumen and understanding company strategy. You will collaborate with peers and leadership, contributing to various finance projects and gaining exposure across functions.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program focused on Finance with 2-3 years completed.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a team based environment as well as individually.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must.
Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Support Finance Department projects at La-Z-Boy’s World HQ in Monroe, MI.
Develop overall business acumen and knowledge of La-Z-Boy strategy and processes.
Work as part of the team across diverse processes in the company.
Present results to leaders and fellow interns at season end.
