Universal Destinations & Experiences Internship Program in Orlando invites motivated students to build a foundation in finance within a Fortune 500 context. You will work with finance professionals, gain exposure to accounts payable, vendor management, and financial reporting, and participate in hands-on projects to strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills.

You will assist with invoice processing, account reconciliations, and data entry, while learning how financial teams support

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree with current class standing of Junior or above.
• Minimum GPA 2.8; transcripts required upon application.

Responsabilités

• Assist Finance team with account reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Support Accounts Payable with invoice review and audits.
• Update AP log and track invoices from vendors.
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Team on month-end close and financial updates.
• Assist with invoicing and translate invoices as needed.
• Enter data and verify transactions during close processes.
• Communicate with vendors on outstanding items.
• Perform data analysis for reporting as needed.
