Job summary

GenScript USA Inc/ProBio Inc. is seeking a Finance Intern to support daily administrative tasks and basic financial operations. The role is full-time, onsite in Piscataway, NJ, with lunch provided daily. The hourly pay rate is 24 per hour.

We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and 0–2 years of experience in finance operations. Ideal candidates are highly organized with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in cashier, treasury, or finance operations; internships welcome.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; ERP or online banking systems are a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team; trustworthy and confidential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, filing, and scanning financial documents.
• Maintain and update data in financial systems.
• Support monthly reconciliations and collect necessary documentation.
• Assist with handling and documenting tax exemption certificates.
• Assist with issuance of Certificates of Insurance.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
