Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Finance Intern in Rochester, NY to learn and support Earned Value Management data integrity across multiple programs using Cobra and SAP. You will forecast metrics, perform variance analyses, and maintain project data in SAP, helping ensure EAC accuracy and strong financial performance.

The role offers exposure to IPMR deliverables, program budgeting, and audits, with the chance to grow in a defense tech environment.

Qualifications

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
Preferred: Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Forecasting of FPA type metrics for program performance.
Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitability and cash flow.
Creating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects in SAP.
Ensuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibility.
Work with program stakeholders to ensure financial performance is well understood.
Creation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7) when required.
Creation and Review of Variance reports with CAM input.
Creates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement.
Provides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.
Create Ad Hoc analysis as needed
Other duties as assigned by leadership.
