Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers a Summer 2027 Finance Internship in Dallas with in-office duties and a 10-week schedule. The program provides hands-on FP&A experience and exposure to e-commerce and wholesale finance, under the guidance of a mentoring team.

You will assist with financial modeling and variances, contribute to executive summaries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Overview

In this 10-week specialized program, you will be exposed to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. You will assist the FP&A team and be exposed to the fundamentals of e-commerce and wholesale business.

Finance Intern Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling
• Assist with special projects
• Partner with general accounting to investigate variances
• Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our various company divisions
• Prep and organize information for executive summaries
• Participate and collaborate in meetings and projects
• Ask questions and communicate needs
• Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday being a half-day

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.
