Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers a 10-week Digital Marketing Intern program in Dallas, TX. You will assist the Digital Team and gain exposure to the digital fundamentals of retail and wholesale, supporting graphic design, content development, print and packaging design, AI prompts, copywriting, photography and video production.

Applicants should be Marketing/Business/Communication majors, currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program with a 3.0 GPA or higher, and available to work on-site

Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Digital Marketing Intern Duties And Responsibilities

• Graphic design
• Digital content development

• Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday being a half-day

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Business, or Communication Majors a plus
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)
• Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment
