Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) offers a paid Summer 2027 Internship focused on FP&A and e-commerce/wholesale fundamentals. This 10-week program provides hands-on modeling, cross-functional exposure, and a mentor-driven project with a final presentation to leadership.

You will work in Dallas in-office, Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday half-day, with a $20/hour compensation and opportunities to interact with top strategists across our Haggar/Haggar-based teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Finance or Business major with a 3.0 GPA or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Adobe Creative Suite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modeling.

Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Overview

In this 10-week specialized program, you will be exposed to Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) functions. You will assist the FP&A team and be exposed to the fundamentals of e-commerce and wholesale business.

Finance Intern Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with general accounting to investigate variances
• Learn the fundamentals of forecasting and projections for our various company divisions
• Prep and organize information for executive summaries
• Participate and collaborate in meetings and projects
• Ask questions and communicate needs
• Work in-office Monday-Friday, Friday being a half-day

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.

Requirements

• Business, Finance or related majors
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with Powerpoint, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus
