Job summary

Elevance Health invites applications for a Finance Intern – Summer 2027 in Indianapolis, IN. This 10-week, full-time internship (May 17, 2027 - July 25, 2027) provides exposure to strategic financial planning and analysis while collaborating with accounting, finance, actuarial and operations teams.

Responsibilities include budgets/forecasts, journal data, and preparing financial reports, with emphasis on analytics, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a BA/BS degree program in Accounting, Finance, or relevant Business-related major at an accredited college or university.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the Summer internship (5/17/27-7/25/27) out of our Indianapolis, IN PulsePoint office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of budgets, forecasts, trend analyses, and expense accruals.
• Create and enter financial journal data.
• Compile and prepare standard and ad hoc financial reports.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
