Job summary

Hatch is seeking a Finance Intern to support the Shared Services group from our Ambler, PA office. You will gain hands-on exposure to accounting processes, reporting, and customer invoicing in a global environment.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, apply academic learnings daily, and participate in mentorship and learning events. In-office with flexibility to work remotely when needed, this role emphasizes practical experience in finance within mining, energy, and infrastructure

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a relevant degree
• Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

• Work on accounting-related problems and gain experience in a variety of areas
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and analyses
• Assist with customer billing/invoicing
• Participate in reports and templates creation
• Support project accounting group
• Support various department needs locally and globally

Education

You bring to the role:

• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Previous co-op or internship experience is preferred
