Job summary

NYC Health + Hospitals Lincoln Medical Center is seeking a finance integrator who reports to the Chief Financial Officer. You will coordinate the finance functions across service lines and departments, ensuring a unified financial and operational picture and timely reporting to executive leadership.

The role requires mastery of budgeting, healthcare finance operations, coding, revenue cycle, and collaboration with HR, HIM, and clinical chiefs to improve margins and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with emphasis on accounting/financial systems or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of responsible-level financial management, including reporting and controls.
• Experience with health-care finance, budgeting, and revenue cycle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Finance integration and service-line partnership for assigned areas.
• Coordinate budgeting, expenses, and variance analysis for service lines.
• Interface with HIM, Utilization Management, HR, Patient Accounts, and Revenue Integrity.
• Develop and deliver integrated financial and operational reporting to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies.
