Job summary

Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center, part of NYC Health + Hospitals, seeks an experienced administrator to oversee perioperative services, from pre-operative assessment to post-operative recovery, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Under the CFO's supervision, you will manage scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and compliance with Joint Commission and CMS, while coordinating with clinical and HR teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 4 years of hospital administration experience in healthcare delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of hospital administration experience as described in the minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational, financial, and administrative functions in perioperative services.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation for surgeries.
• Develop, manage, and track the perioperative department budget and cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and hospital policies.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and efficiency.
• Prepare reports for administration, surgical committees, and regulatory agencies.

Education

Master’s degree in Hospital Administration / Health Administration / Public Administration / Business Administration or related field

Bachelor’s degree in Hospital/Health Administration or related field
