NYU Langone Health in New York is seeking a Manager, Finance & Operations - Nursing & PCS with supervisory experience to oversee budgets for the Nursing and Patient Care Services departments. Under the Senior Director of Operations, you will supervise administrative staff, analyze budget and labor metrics, and drive productivity improvements across hospital operations.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in healthcare finance or operations, advanced Excel, Tableau, and MS Project

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in healthcare operations, business administration, or finance.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
• Strong computer skills; proficient in Windows, MS Office, MS Project, and Tableau.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff with personnel-related activities, including hiring, evaluating, disciplining.
• Prepare analyses of budget and financial reports.
• Develop tools and streamlined processes to increase productivity.
• Prepare labor productivity reports to monitor variances for the department.
• Monitor staffing requirements, variances, and projections for Nursing and Patient Care Services.
• Support budgeting, staffing, and finance operations.
• Design and monitor project plans using project management tools.
• Coordinate project communication across the enterprise.
