Murphy-Hoffman Company is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager to help customers secure truck financing for used truck purchases at a MHC dealership. You will liaise between customers, dealerships, and lenders from credit application to closing, driving revenue and ensuring timely funding.

The role requires strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills within a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Leawood branches, offering comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and time management in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong closing and negotiating skills to finalize financing deals.
• Experience creating a positive sales environment and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Used Truck Salespeople, Managers, and Branch Managers.
• Know MHCFS credit and lender pricing to match financing requests.
• Review credit packages and truck orders to select best lenders.
• Provide financing commitments to facilitate deals and maximize revenue.
• Negotiate finance terms and close installment contracts with customers.
• Ensure stipulations of financing commitments are met prior to funding.
• Maintain a satisfactory yield on finance contracts.
• Deliver finance sales metrics to management on a regular basis.
• Attend branch sales meetings to review applications and metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
