Talentify is seeking a Finance Manager to drive and optimize finance and insurance programs for new- and used-vehicle customers. You will develop lender relationships, convert deals to finance, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

The role requires ability to train the sales team on financing options, forecast penetration, and work with management to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Experience selling finance and insurance products in a dealership environment.
• Ability to explain aftermarket products and extended warranties clearly.
• Proven track record of processing finance and lease deals accurately.
• Experience establishing and maintaining lender relationships and credit sources.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations affecting F&I.

Aufgaben

• Sell finance and insurance programs to new and used vehicle customers.
• Convert cash deals to financed transactions and secure approvals.
• Maintain relationships with multiple finance sources and lenders.
• Prepare and review all paperwork for financing, leasing, and title processing.
• Train sales staff on financing options and program benefits.
• Forecast finance penetration and ensure profitability alongside sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies.
• Attend managers meetings and provide reports on finance performance.
