Job summary
Space Coast Harley-Davidson in Palm Bay, FL is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee the business office operations, finance, insurance, and extended service programs. You will drive revenue and profits by selling F&I products and cross-selling parts and services, while supporting dealership policies and collaborating with Sales and Service teams.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a dealership finance environment, strong leadership, and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in the finance department of a motor vehicle dealership.
- Proven track record with menu selling approach.
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
- Superior face-to-face communication and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct finance, insurance, and extended service programs operations.
- Produce revenue and profits by selling F&I products to customers.
- Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products.
- Support dealership policies and collaborate with Sales and Service teams.
- Work cross-functionally with departments, especially Sales and Service.
