Job summary

Rancho Santa Margarita Honda is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager in California to structure profitable auto deals, secure financing through lenders, and present F&I products such as warranties and GAP. You will ensure regulatory compliance and maintain lender relations while supporting the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with DMS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a dealership setting.
• Proven track record in automotive finance and insurance sales.
• Strong understanding of lending practices and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with DMS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Structure deals for maximum profitability and customer satisfaction.
