Job summary

Rairdon’s Kia Burlington is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee vehicle financing, drive profitability, and maximize lender approvals. The role requires strong F&I or sales management background, with deep knowledge of dealership finance and title laws.

You will structure deals, present add-ons, and maintain required certifications while delivering efficient, compliant funding for each contract.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a F&I Manager or Sales Manager.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases. Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability
• Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position
• Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals
• Accurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvements
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts

Compensation

Full-time total annual compensation between $50,000-$150,000/year; Including 14% commission on Back Payable Gross; Bonus potential for employee meeting or exceeding service contract sold penetration; all subject to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.
