Karl Malone Group of Ruston is seeking a skilled F&I Manager to lead the finance and insurance process at our Ruston dealership. You’ll close deals, secure the right financing, and ensure 100% policy compliance while delivering an outstanding customer experience that builds trust and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of F&I experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commitment to customer-first service.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and transition them from Sales to Finance.
• Build trust-based relationships with customers and teammates.
• Conduct consultative interviews to determine financing needs and payment options.
• Present clear, transparent financing options and protection products.
• Process finance transactions with 100% compliance to state and federal regulations.
• Prepare, audit, and submit deal packages with complete documentation.
• Ensure fast and efficient funding of all contracts.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve or exceed sales and CSI goals.
• Deliver an exceptional experience that drives repeat business.
