Job summary

Douglas Motors in Summit, NJ seeks an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the finance department, structure subprime deals, and maximize profitability. The role requires excellent communication, compliance knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to help buyers find the best financing and protection options.

VW and Audi experience a plus. Responsibilities include overseeing the finance menu, tracking lender portfolios, ensuring timely deal processing, and maintaining

Responsibilities

• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Support the sales department in achieving its goals.
• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and customer service.
• Work closely with the sales team on proper selling methods.
• Set and maintain finance department work schedule.

Finance and Insurance (F &I) Manager

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&I Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in automotive finance, excellent communication and compliance skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best financing and protection options for their purchase. Experience in Sub Prime lending and deal structuring is required. VW and Audi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration
• Track portfolio with lenders

Requirements
