Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager at our shared-user site in Wellingborough. You will deliver business-focused reporting and insights into operational performance, providing weekly costings, monthly accounts, forecasts, KPIs and balance sheet reconciliations.

The role requires CIMA/ACCA qualification or ongoing studies, plus experience with Oracle and open-book contracts. You will build strong internal and external relationships while working in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

CIMA/ACCA or currently studying towards completion is highly desirable.
Experience with Oracle and financial management systems is advantageous.
Experience with open book contracts is desirable.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reporting for GXO and the customer.
Collaborate with on-site and central HR to resolve queries and communicate issues, managing over/under payments.
Assist the Finance Manager in improving and developing reporting processes and procedures.
Provide variance analysis with commentary to aid operational management in interpreting results.
