Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting.
• Experience evaluating internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Finance Manager for a warehouse operation and represent finance in meetings with operations and the customer.
• Partner with operations and other groups to ensure targets and budgets are met.
• Lead site-specific account management proposals to the customer.
• Prepare and distribute internal and customer-facing reports.
• Monitor performance against assumptions and convert pricing models to forecasts.
• Develop and present forecasts, budgets and variance analyses weekly, monthly, and yearly.
• Engage in labor management activities using proprietary tools.
• Set up invoice templates and data collection processes for billing.
• Ensure invoices are presented accurately and on time to customers.
• Coordinate setup of new accounting units, project codes, and cost centers.
