Pride Health is seeking a Finance Information Systems Coordinator to support our client’s finance team in Menomonee Falls, WI with Workday reporting and ERP-related activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CMA/CHFP preferred, 5+ years of accounting/finance/ERP experience, and strong Excel, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. This is a local contract, onsite 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA, CMA or CHFP certification preferred.
• 5+ years of Accounting/Finance, ERP, or Finance Information Systems experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday reporting/report writing.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial systems, and Finance processes.
• Experience with IT/ERP teams and resolving system issues.
• Proficient Excel, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, test, and maintain Workday financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
• Support Workday/ERP implementation, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution.
• Partner with Finance users to identify reporting and process improvement needs.
• Provide system and operational support for Finance-related applications.
• Analyze data and reports to support business decision-making.
• Document system changes and provide user training as needed.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Pride Health is hiring a Finance Information Systems Coordinator to support our client's healthcare facility in Menomonee Falls, WI.

Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 (Onsite)
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 4 months of Contract with possible extension.
Pay Range: $60- $64 per Hour on W2
Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Create, modify, test, and maintain Workday financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc reports.
