Job summary

The Gaffney Housing Authority seeks an experienced administrator to oversee financial accountability, administrative operations, and HR functions. You will manage financial procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems while handling HR duties. PEBA benefits administration experience is preferred.

All activities support the agency’s mission, strategic goals, and objectives, with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and effective staffing across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources, finance, or related field and at least three (3) years of executive experience.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience providing human resources support preferred.
• Any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, which, in the sole determination of the Gaffney Housing Authority, provides the required knowledge and abilities, may be considered sufficient.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the agency’s financial accountability, administrative functions, and human resources operations.
• Duties include managing financial procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems, as well as performing human resources functions.
• Experience with the administration of PEBA benefits is preferred.
