Job summary

McHi Affordable Acquisitions, Inc. seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee general accounting, payroll, and fiscal record keeping. You will drive budgeting processes, analyze financial performance, and present reports to the Director of Finance/Director of Housing Development.

You will supervise professional, technical, and clerical staff; coordinate with department heads; and ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations to support agency goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• Experience leading finance teams and departments
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, audits, and financial controls

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation of periodic financial statements and complex journal entries
• Oversee budgeting processes, revenue estimation, and expenditure reviews
• Supervise department staff, assign workloads, and manage performance and leave requests
• Provide fiscal guidance to the Director of Finance/Director of Housing Development
