Job summary

Traditions Club Bryan, LP seeks an Accounting & HR Assistant to support the Controller and Assistant Controller with daily accounting and HR tasks. You will process accounts payable and receivable, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and maintain employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in accounting/related field.
• Minimum of three years of accounting and/or HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of GAAP and payroll/benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable and reconcile deposits.
• Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
