Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Business Manager to support divisions responsible for information systems, grants, and revenue maximization. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and collaborate with program staff and leaders to maintain fiscal integrity.

The role requires a defined education in business, finance, or accounting, at least five years of experience, supervisory experience, and a valid Texas driver's license. Governmental accounting knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Defined Education: Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Substitutions: High School Diploma/GED and nine (9) years’ experience.
• Years’ Experience: Five (5) years.
• License/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
• Preferences: Governmental accounting experience/knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned divisions of MHMR of Tarrant County overseeing information systems, grant management, and revenue maximization.
• Verify accuracy of financial reports and collaborate with program staff and leaders to ensure fiscal integrity.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal and reimbursement principles and participate in work groups to establish data integrity procedures.
