Aufgaben

• Oversee agency budget administration and coordinate with Cabinet financial office and program officers on grants and state budgets.
• Prepare financial reports for the executive director and assist with contract and procurement processes.
• Prepare contract approvals, submit procurement requests in SalesForce, and monitor procurement policy compliance.
• Handle invoice coding, contract invoicing and reporting, and budget forecasting.
• Support the executive director with financial documentation and reporting as required.
