The role reports to the Engineering Manager and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction while growing your technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 4+ years of experience in software business development, with a strong understanding of customer success management and software engineering principles and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, quality assurance, and operations to deliver high‑quality software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot and resolve software defects, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
