Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is hiring a Finance Transformation Manager (Product Owner) to lead the Software value stream from Atlanta on a hybrid schedule. You will optimize financial processes, influence software product strategy, pricing, and reporting, and work with SAP S4/HANA and SAP ECC to enable ARR growth across Honeywell Technologies.

You will coordinate with Software BU leaders, GBE partners, and SAP teams to standardize end-to-end software execution, reporting, and lifecycle management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting, business administration, data analytics, computer science, engineering or related disciplines
• “6 years of relevant experience in transformation or product management”
• “Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment”
• “Strong experience with SAP ECC, S4/HANA and Hyperion”
• “Deep understanding of SaaS monetization and subscription metrics (ARR/NRR/GRR)”
• “Strong Business Analysis with process mapping and data modeling”

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to drive end-to-end software execution and measurement
• Act as the Product Owner for the software value stream and define the roadmap
• Drive requirement gathering, interviews, and translate workflows into technical specs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize requirements
• Communicate roadmaps and outcomes to senior leaders
• Partner with data engineering to automate metric reporting
• Lead change management, UAT, adoption and training
