Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Delivery and Integrated Program Management Lead to drive end-to-end execution for a multi-year transformation of Amazon’s accounting technology landscape. This leader will drive integrated delivery across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, Solution Architecture, Internal Controls, SAP, and implementation partners.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or other BI packages.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and integrated program management for complex, multi-year accounting technology initiatives.
• Lead the Data Migration and Release strategy, including migration planning and cutover coordination.
• Lead Change and Training, including stakeholder engagement and user adoption.
• Lead Business Readiness, ensuring processes, controls, teams, and operating mechanisms are prepared for deployment.
• Lead Testing and Quality, establishing the integrated testing strategy and acceptance processes.
• Establish the integrated program plan, governance structure, and delivery standards.
• Integrate data migration, testing, change, training, and release activities with milestones.
• Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies and delivery risks.
