Amazon in Portland, OR is seeking a Delivery and Integrated Program Management Lead to drive a multi-year ERP transformation across Accounting and Finance, coordinating with Product, Engineering, and partners. The role focuses on integrated delivery, data migration, release, change, training, and readiness to ensure successful deployment.

The ideal candidate combines finance/Accounting technology knowledge with large-scale delivery leadership, navigating ambiguity and guiding senior leaders

Qualifications

• 12+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Python, SQL, QuickSight, Cognos, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery and integrated program management for complex, multi-year accounting technology initiatives.
• Lead Data Migration and Release strategy, including planning, validation, cutover, deployment readiness, and release governance.
• Lead Change and Training, stakeholder engagement, communications, training strategy, and user adoption.
• Lead Business Readiness to ensure processes, controls, teams, and operating mechanisms are prepared for deployment.
• Lead Testing and Quality with an integrated testing strategy and acceptance processes.
• Establish the integrated program plan, governance, cadence, and standards.
