Job summary

Xceedance is seeking a Project Manager for Finance Initiatives to lead ERP and Finance-driven projects from inception through delivery. You will coordinate Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and integration with existing systems.

This role reports to the Head of the PMO in a dynamic consulting environment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, process mapping, testing oversight, change management, and delivering financial insight through ERP

Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience with at least 3 years focused on Finance system implementations or ERP deployments.
Strong knowledge of Finance operations, ERP systems, business analysis, and PM principles.
Experience leading ERP implementations (Oracle, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, etc.) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead Finance and ERP projects with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories.
Develop and maintain project documentation: specifications, workflows, process maps, and functional designs for Finance systems.
