Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Business Analyst (Finance & ERP) to bridge finance stakeholders with the technical delivery team. You will optimize the Workday Financials ecosystem post go-live and expand across HCM, Payroll, and cross-functional operations.

Prior Workday exposure is a plus, with strong financial BA skills essential. You will lead discovery with Finance, document functional specs, and drive backlog management in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of dedicated experience as a Business Analyst supporting financial business processes and enterprise finance/ERP systems.
• Experience with BA methodologies and end-to-end UAT cycles.
• Strong communication and ability to translate accounting needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with Finance and Accounting to map current vs future-state workflows.
• Coordinate Workday Finance enhancements and translate accounting logic into configurations.
• Expand ERP scope to Workday HCM, Payroll, and related tools over time.
• Groom backlogs and prioritize enhancement requests in an Agile framework.
• Lead UAT and develop SOPs and training materials.
