Job summary

Exemplar Luxury Group in New York is seeking a Workday Financial Analyst to translate business and accounting requirements into scalable Workday solutions across the Workday Financial Management platform, in a 3-5 year level role with broad functional support.

You will design configurations, maintain processes, run biannual release testing, and support month-end close, with collaboration across Finance stakeholders and agile teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on functional Workday Financials configuration and administration experience.
• Broad Financials SME: Workday Core Financials / GL, custom Worktags, and BP framework architecture.
• Hands-on configuration across multiple Finance modules (AR, Banking, Procurement, Expenses, Asset Management).
• Solid proficiency in inbound/outbound EIBs with financial data accuracy discipline.
• Experience using calculated fields to support accounting logic and conditional BP routing.

Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering & Solution Design with Finance stakeholders to capture requirements and translate into Workday configurations.
• Full-Suite Financials Configuration across General Ledger, Worktags, AR, Banking, Procurement, Expenses.
• EIB creation, validation, and execution for mass accounting adjustments and invoices.
• Biannual Release Testing & QA: evaluate features, build test scripts, run regression tests for R1/R2 updates.
• Agile triage: investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production tickets; support month-end close.
