Job summary

Ategrity Specialty Insurance Company is seeking a Project Manager – Finance Initiatives to lead ERP and finance-focused projects from initiation through go-live. The role requires partnering with Finance and IT to translate business needs into workable ERP solutions and to ensure on-time delivery.

The candidate will manage scope, budgets, and resources while driving change management and end-user adoption across the organization. NYC metro commuting is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate business needs into detailed requirements.
• Excellent communication to engage Finance, IT, and leadership.
• Solid understanding of finance operations, ERP systems, and project management.
• Proven experience with ERP implementations (Oracle/SAP/Workday/NetSuite).
• Experience with ERP reporting tools and project governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance and ERP projects with strong leadership and coordination.
• Gather requirements, translate to processes, and document functional designs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets.
• Develop test plans and support QA, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Communicate project status and financial impact to stakeholders.
