About the Role

Are you a proactive, results-driven Project Manager looking to lead high-impact transformation initiatives for one of the nation’s leading banks? We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic ERP Financial projects, ensuring successful outcomes through strong leadership, communication, and project management expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence business transformation, work with senior stakeholders, and contribute directly to initiatives that shape the bank’s future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex transformation initiatives, tracking all action items, risks, and decisions with clear accountability.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps, timelines, change management plans, and status reports to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions to define priorities, success measures, and desired outcomes.
  • Create and communicate clear, impactful documentation to support decision-making and motivate stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure project delivery, track outcomes, and encourage continuous innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • ERP / Financial System Experience: Preferably Oracle Financial implementations; however, candidates with a finance or banking background or strong experience in finance-related projects are encouraged to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA.
  • Methodologies: Familiarity with PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, Scrum/Agile (Scrum Master), Kanban, Iterative (RUP), and Organizational Change Management.
  • Core Competencies: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; expertise in risk management, multitasking, and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Business Analyst (BA), ScrumMaster.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 3 years of professional experience.
