Job summary

Insight Global in Westerville/Columbus, OH, seeks a Financial Systems & Solutions Specialist to lead post-acquisition integrations, ERP transformations, and finance modernization across the Americas. This is a high-visibility, non-month-end-close role at the intersection of finance, ERP, manufacturing operations, and project delivery.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and external consultants to design and implement ERP changes, map COA, support data conversion, and drive processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Financial Systems, Finance Transformation, or ERP-related roles.
• Strong understanding of transaction flows through ERP systems.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or significant system enhancements.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or product-based environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex financial and system-related issues.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration activities for newly acquired businesses.
• Serve as the finance point of contact during acquisitions, expansions, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Assess acquired companies' financial processes, ERP environments, COA structures and transaction flows.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and external consultants on integration strategies.
• Define ERP conversion, mapping, and migration requirements.
• Support stabilization after acquisitions and system transitions.
• Ensure acquired entities comply with financial standards, controls, and reporting.
