Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Change and Training Manager to lead organizational change, communications, training, and adoption for a multi-year transformation of Amazon’s Finance ERP platform. The role spans across Accounting, Finance, Product, Engineering, and partners to prepare teams for new systems, processes, controls, roles, and ways of working.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading change, communications, training, or adoption for large-scale transformations.
• Experience developing and executing change-management strategies, stakeholder plans, communications, and training programs
• Strong program management, stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess organizational impacts and translate complex changes into actionable steps for users.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end change management and training strategy for the Finance ERP transformation.
• Conduct change-impact assessments across organizations, processes, systems, data, roles and responsibilities.
• Segment stakeholder groups and develop engagement strategies.
• Create and execute an integrated communications plan with audience-specific information.
• Develop training strategy, curriculum, delivery approach, and completion requirements.
• Coordinate development, review, testing, and delivery of training materials.
• Define and monitor measures for engagement, training completion, learner proficiency, adoption, and change effectiveness.
• Identify adoption risks and mitigation plans.
• Integrate change activities with design, testing, data migration, readiness, cutover, release, stabilization milestones.
• Partner with leaders to clarify future-state roles and operating mechanisms.
• Support deployment with user support, refresher training, and adoption interventions.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors for change management, communications, and training.
• Provide senior leaders with updates on impacts, adoption risks, and readiness.
