Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is required or highly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Analyze existing applications for improvement or replacement.
- Coordinate with agencies to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Test and validate applications for proper functionality.
- Develop user guides and training materials for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain system reliability.
- Support integration of new applications or updates into existing systems.
- Monitor performance and implement efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to deploy software solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies to recommend solutions.
