Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL, is seeking a Manager, Business Enablement within Commercial Controllership Finance. You will lead strategic initiatives, provide financial leadership, and partner across functions to improve planning, investments, and decision making for the Commercial organization.

You will present insights to senior executives, drive governance across investments, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance to deliver timely demand reporting and planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive, relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels.
• Clear written and verbal communication for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial investment optimization program with quarterly reviews.
• Drive program adoption with procurement and finance to improve visibility and decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Finance to deliver monthly demand reporting for executive reviews.
• Coordinate monthly demand uncertainty assessments with U.S. finance teams.
• Lead annual min–max planning with U.S. and international teams to align Commercial and Operations.
• Lead initiatives and cross‑functional projects; communicate progress to senior stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and AI‑enabled solutions to strengthen reporting and decision making.
