Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks are required as per law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes to prevent losses.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Maintain store appearance and handle basic facility needs and scheduling.
