Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise accounting department functions.
• Own monthly and annual financial statements and related footnotes.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP and debt covenants.
• Coordinate year-end audits and external reviews; manage audit schedules.
• Maintain internal controls and policy updates; train staff.
