Job summary

American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is seeking a seasoned finance professional to partner with the CFO and Senior Director of Finance. The role oversees payroll, accounts payable, audit, budget, royalties and management reporting.

You will maintain GAAP-compliant books, produce monthly management reports, coordinate the annual audit and two sets of 990 filings, and lead forecasting and budgeting using Bi360. Strong Excel/Access skills and supervisory experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's preferred.
• 10–12 years' experience in all aspects of accounting.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Bi360, Concur and Great Plains software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain books and ledger in alignment with GAAP.
• Produce monthly management reporting documents.
• Lead annual financial audit and produce required statements.
• Prepare two sets of 990 filings.
• Oversee Payroll and 403b funding and pension audits.
• Manage quarterly forecasting and budgeting using Bi360.
• Handle royalty reporting and data translation into Excel/Access.
