Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; MBA/CPA desirable.
• Minimum 8 years in senior financial management, preferably in legal services.
• Strong understanding of law firm financial management, billing and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Own financial projections, forecasts, planning models, and report results for leadership.
• Coordinate revenue projections including settlements timing and expenses reimbursements.
• Manage cash flow forecast and day-to-day banking relationships.
• Develop financial models for growth, staffing, compensation, and profitability.
• Lead annual operating budget creation with CFO/COO collaboration.
• Prepare forecasts and variance analyses with key assumptions and risks.
