Job summary

The role entails driving strategic initiatives, improving processes, and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for executive leadership and the Board.

Lead the finance team, implement major systems, and provide financial insights to ownership groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
• Law Practice or Law Firm Industry experience – Required.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership or Boards; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Accounting & Finance function, including month-end and year-end close processes.
• Drive strategic initiatives and oversee major business systems implementations and process improvements.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for executive leadership and the Board.
• Evaluate and improve financial, accounting, billing, and accounts receivable processes.
• Develop, mentor, and lead the finance team.
• Provide financial recommendations and insights to leadership and the Board.
