Job summary

Flex is seeking a Finance Director in Austin, TX to support Business Development and the Quote team with financial analysis and modeling. The role also delivers financial services to GAM and other teams as requested, across a spin‑off context for SpinCo planned in 2027.

You will work with advanced Excel, VBA, and cost‑drive analyses, collaborating with global teams to optimize ROI and capital decisions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development with financial analysis and ROI modeling for major quotes.
• Develop financial models for ROI, NPV, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Provide finance analyses to Global Account Management and other teams as requested.
• Model cost drivers including labor, overhead, inventory, capex and depreciation.
