Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Finance Director located in Austin, TX. Reporting to the VP of Business Development on the Commercial Operations Team, the Finance Director’s main role is to support Business Development and the Quote team in opportunity development with financial analysis and modeling. The secondary role is to provide financial analysis services to Global Account Management (GAM), and other teams as requested.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, International Business or related field, or equivalent experience and training. • Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred. • 8+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 5 years of Finance Management experience. • Business Operations experience is preferred.
