Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial operations at our Topeka venue. You will oversee accounting, purchasing, payroll, and internal controls, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.

The role reports to the General Manager, teams with venue leadership, and supports strategic decisions. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and bonus eligibility across a premier live entertainment campus.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance required; MBA a plus, CPA preferred.
• 5–7 years in public accounting or financial management.
• 3+ years at director level or dept head preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business partner skills.
• Experience with ADP payroll and Sage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct all financial, accounting, purchasing, and internal control functions.
• Supervise the Finance Department and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and tax returns.
• Manage box office and event settlements and reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and annual budget/reports.
• Collaborate with General Manager and Corporate Finance.
