Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Director of Finance to lead financial operations for the Mesa venue. You will drive budgeting, accounting, payroll, and internal controls while overseeing Accounts Payable/Receivable and reconciliations.

The role collaborates with operations and executive leadership to optimize profitability and compliance. Ideal candidates will have a BS in Accounting or Finance, 5–7 years in financial management, and strong communication and supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive knowledge of general and cost accounting.
• CPA is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead financial operations and drive controls.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility goals and priorities for financial management, budget, payroll, and accounting.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Review contracts for events and for General Manager when needed.
• Manage cash flow, banking, and investment activities; monitor daily cash receipts.
