MAU Workforce Solutions is seeking a Financial Director of Shared Services in Carrollton, GA to provide leadership for Payroll, Accounts Payable, and related shared services functions. You will oversee month-end and year-end processes, drive operational improvements, and partner with multiple business functions on large-scale transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years leading Financial Shared Services or related functions.
• 5+ years leading managers and multi-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing Payroll and Accounts Payable in a large organization.
• Experience leading large-scale payroll, HRIS, ERP, or shared services transformations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Payroll and Accounts Payable operations.
• Lead two direct reports and develop the broader organization.
• Maintain service-level performance and business continuity across functions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and regulations.
• Partner with Payroll, HR, IT, Finance, Operations, and partners to drive deliverables.
• Support testing, change management, and go-live readiness.
